Tiny Kinder was born from my love of all the blogs I have come across in the last few years. I have gained so much knowledge and become a better teacher from all I have learned and seen from these blogs. I'll post some links at the bottoms of this post to a few of my favorites.

Now a little about me. My name is Jenny and this is my third year of teaching kindergarten. I have a masters in reading and language arts with a reading specialist concentration. You can imagine I am passionate about literacy!  I teacher in a suburban school district, the district I grew up in!  I am so proud of this area and the amazing students I teach.

I've begun to tinker around with creating some of my own materials and will be posting some freebies here soon.  I hope to become a seller on teacher pay teachers soon!  All the other bloggers out there have really inspired me!

Now to the name of this little blog "tiny kinder" it is not only true about the size of my little learners but also the size of my classroom!  I teach in one of the oldest buildings in my district and as the newbie got the last pick on rooms. I've got what I love to call "the smallest classroom in the world". Not truly I'm sure but I hope to post some tips on working and teaching in a small space.  These past few years have been a learning curve for me and I hope to share what I've learned!
